Patron Ticketing Information
IMPORTANT PATRON INFORMATION

Ticket Sales: This season all theatre events will be sold as individual ticket sales approximately two-three weeks prior to opening night for each production. Theatre on-sale dates are listed on our ticketing website.

Box Office: Daytime box office hours will be limited. Email and voice messages will be checked regularly. Performance box office hours begin 60 minutes before the event at the performance venue and end 5 minutes before the start of the event.

Will-call: Tickets are only delivered via email. You must provide a valid email address at the time of purchase. Please check your email 'junk' or 'spam' folder for purchased tickets. Tickets should be printed via the digital purchase from the website. Please print them (each on a separate sheet of paper) and present them to an usher at the entrance to the theatre space.

Refund/Exchange Policy: Tickets for all ART events are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for the same production only, prior to the performance. Tickets for missed events cannot be exchanged.

Cancellation Policy: For any performances that are cancelled, tickets may be exchanged for the same production only, prior to the performance. Tickets may be refunded by requesting it in writing (via email to info@art4mn.org) no more than 5 days following the cancelled performance. You may also choose to donate your ticket purchase amount to ART as a tax deduction.

House Rules: Food and drink are prohibited in the performance theatres. Please turn off all electronic devices, cell phones, pagers and alarms. Absolutely no photography, audio recording or video recording is permitted. Smoking and chewing tobacco and the use of electronic cigarettes is prohibited on all school properties.

Seating: Doors generally open for seating 30 minutes prior to the performance. Patrons must be seated 10 minutes prior to the curtain time. Any open seats may be sold at that time.

Latecomer Seating: We reserve the right to not seat latecomers. No late seating for performances in the Bob Dryden Theatre.

Alternative Formats: Disability accommodations and alternative formats will be provided upon advanced request. Please send an email request to info@art4mn.org.

Access: Wheelchair seating is available upon request. Please reserve in advance while purchasing online tickets in the comments box. If ART has scheduled ASL interpreted performances, dates will be listed on our ticketing website. Audio description is available upon request with a two week notice for Theatre productions.

Parking: Please park on the North side of CLC and enter through Door #4 and follow signs to the theatre lobby area.
